Do a Gratitude Meditation While You're Walking

Nature is a gift we often take for granted. While you're walking in Mother's Earth sacred spaces, silently repeat the words "Thank you, thank you, thank you" as you're walking and simply notice the trees, water, plants, animals, birds, and listen to the sounds. Allow your senses to be aware and your mind to be focused on gratitude. You will be amazed by how much more energy you feel and how peaceful you will be after your walk.
